Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, products should generally be:

• Returned with original tags and packaging, when applicable
• Accompanied by the applicable order information

Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear may not qualify for a return.

Return Approval

Return Shipping

Customers should use a trackable shipping service when returning an item, as Kim's Style cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

No Restocking Fee

Kim's Style does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
